Approval by the Department of Toxic Substances of an intern measure that would amend certain activities contained in a Plume 3 Corrective Measure Study report that was approved on December 17, 2012. The CMS would implement corrective measures that would remediate contaminants in groundwater associated with historical chemical releases at the DuPont Oakley site. The proposed corrective measures include institutional controls; monitored natural attenuation, source area control, and phytoremediation.
