The City has determined that the City's action is exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guideline Section 15183: Approvals consistent with a Community Plan, General Plan or Zoning. NOTE: Separately and independently from the above CEQA exemptions, the Project also complies with CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 .3: Qualified Infill Projects and Sections 15168/15164: Program EIRs and Addendum Projects.
