Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0277-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Hall Brambletree Associates, LP.
The project is limited to the construction of sixteen (16) rocked low-water crossings. Four (4) crossings will be constructed on the Capell Creek Watershed and twelve (12) crossings will be constructed on the Milliken Creek Watershed. The crossings will be constructed on stream classes that range from Class I (fish bearing) to Class III (does not support aquatic life) streams.
