Document Description
CDFG and USFWS propose to implement interim measures to maintain the viability of the M&T Chico Ranch/Llano Seco Rancho fish screen and pumping facility located at River Mile 192.5 on the Sacramento River. The following measures have been preliminarily identified to maintain the function of the M&T Facility: (1) removal of gravel bar material from the Sacramento River to maintain the functionality of the intake pumps and effectiveness of the fish screens at the M&T Facility; and (2) maintenance of the existing rock-toe and tree revetment to prevent further westward migration of the Sacramento River until a long-term solution is developed and completed.
