Document Description
Caltrans proposes to remove fixed objects within the highway right-of-way (ROW) and obtain a minimum of 20' of Clear Recovery Zone on SR 168 between PM 14.69 to 14.99, near the intersection of SR 168 and Otey Road, Inyo County, CA. This project proposes to extend four culverts and construct new headwalls at both the inlets and outlets of all the culvert locations. Approximately 60' of inlet ditch and 80' of outlet ditch will be relocated to obtain the clear recovery zone. This project will remove 19 trees that are within the clear recovery zone. Clear water diversions will be required.
