- The CA Dept. of Fish and Wildlife is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2013-0191-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). To protect footings exposed by scour, the scour repair would be completed using smaller rock slope protection (RSP) in a "self-launching" installation. On the stream-side of piers 2 and 3, the installation would have a slope of 1.5:1, and on the upland-side of piers 2 and 3 the installation would match the original ground.
