- Note: Response to Comments The proposed project includes the development of the La Entrada Specific Plan on a 2,200 ac site. The proposed project includes the development of a master-planned community that would consist of six primary land uses, including: (1) approximately 7,800 residential units on approximately 981 ac (includes 720 dwelling units within the mixed-use area); (2) 135 ac of mixed uses (includes high-density residential, commercial, public facilities, and other nonresidential uses); (3) educational uses (three elementary schools and one middle school) on approximately 70 ac; (4) 345 ac of parks/recreation uses, including multipurpose trails; (5) 112 ac of roadway uses; and (6) 557 ac of open space. The proposed project also includes two roadway extensions near the west side of the project site at Avenues 50 and 52, which would provide access to the project site.
