Document Description
Phased mining and reclamation of a 39-acre site within three parcels totaling approximately 200 acres, located in a remote, mountainous region. Excavation of about 19 acres of undisturbed land will follow the subsurface extent of a paleochannel (the active mining area); phased reclamation is proposed for both the 19-acre active mining area and some 15 acres of existing surface disturbance resulting from past mining. All mining and reclamation activities will be complete within 15 years.
