Document Description
The LAX Northside Plan Update (the Project) establishes new regulations and permits future development occurring within the LAX Northside Sub-area (Project site) located at 6400-7901 W. Westchester Pkwy; 9201 S. Sepulveda Blvd.; and 9320 S. Lincoln Blvd (between Pershing Dr. and Sepulveda Blvd.). The Project will update the Northside Design Guidelines and Standards in the approximately 340 acre Project Site and permit up to a maximum of 2,320,000 square feet. The entitlements associated with the Project include, among other things, an amendment to the LAX Specific Plan, Vesting Tentative Tract Map No. 72148, and grading/building permits.
