Document Description
CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA # 1600-2012-0160-R6) pursuant to Section 1605 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the California Department of Transportation, represented by Mr. Scott Quinnell, 464 West 4th Street, 6th Floor, MS 822, City fo San Bernardino, State of California, 92401, Phone 909 383 6936. The Applicant is proposing to realign U. S Highway 95 to the east between Post Mile 51.22 and 51.65 to improve sight distance by eliminating vertical crest curves. The realigned road will be constructed with two 12-foot hot mix asphalt (HMA) lanes with two eight-foot HMA shoulders and center lines will be restriped for no passing. A total of 0.134 acres of permanent impacts to jurisdictional streambed will result from the construction activities.
