CDFW is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA#1600-2012-0123-R6) pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant: Campo Verde Solar, LLC (Permittee), represented by Mr. Brian Kunz, 525 Market Street, 15th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, Phone (415) 935-2500. The project is proposed to be developed to produce and sell electricity and all renewable and environmental attributes to an electric utility purchaser.
