Document Description
The Fallbrook WWTP serves a 4250 acre service area in Northern San Diego County. The last significant plant improvements were completed in 1989 to expand the plant to a design average dry weather capacity of 2.7 MGD. In summary, the project includes: the rehabilitation of the headworks structure, activated tanks and digesters, secondary sedimentation tank, operations center, reclamation facilities and equalization basin; the modification of the sludge dryer and converting the existing primary sedimentation tank into a emergency storage, and converting the existing overflow tank to odor control; the construction of a new lift station, blower building, secondary sedimentation tank and reclamation filters; and any related piping as required.
