T-Vine Cellars has been producing wine within the Calistoga AVA (outside of the City) since the early 1990's. With this proposal, winery administration, hospitality and ~2500 cases (6000 gallons) of production would occur at this site. In general terms the proposed project consists of two small structures; a ~1300 s.f. winery and ~2000 s.f. administration and tasting room building, separated by a small parking lot and associated landscape/pedestrian spaces.
