Document Description
Clark Pacific, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "project applicant," manufactures pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products at an existing production facility located approximately one mile north of the City of Woodland in unincorporated Yolo County. The project site is an approximately 169-acre portion of a larger 246-acre property owned by the project applicant. The project applicant is requesting the following approvals from Yolo County: rezone 58.6 acres of the project site from A-1 to M-2; rezone 20 acres of the project site from A-1 to OS, and six acres from M-2 to OS; adopt a Tentative Subdivision Map to divide the project site into several parcels; amend an existing Development Agreement, as appropriate, to accommodate the proposed changes; and terminate an existing CUP for 90 acres of the project site adopted in 2008.
