The project applicant proposes to: rezone lands consistent with the 2030 Countywide General Plan: adopt a Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) to facilitate the sale or leasing of M-2 zoned parcels not needed by Clark Pacific; amend the Development Agreement, as appropriate, to accommodate the proposed changes; and rescind the existing Use Permit. Termination of the Use Permit would result in the elimination of restrictions on 24-hour operations.
