Yuba County Public Works Department is seeking environmental approval to replace the existing at-grade intersection of Feather River Boulevard at SR-70. The proposed interchange will consist of a compact diamond layout for southbound movements and L-9 partial-cloverleaf for northbound movements on SR-70 approximately 0.40 miles (0.64km) north of the Bear River in Yuba County. The interchange will include a five-lane overcrossing of SR-70, five interchange ramps, and removal of the existing Feather River Boulevard at-grade intersection and traffic signal. The project limits are approximately 4,400 feet northerly from the Bear River Bridge on SR-70, and 2,100 feet easterly from River Oaks Boulevard to Chalice Creek Drive (east of SR-70).
