Note: JD: MND/EA The proposed project is a modified L-1/L-9 configuration interchange that will consist of a compact diamond layout for southbound movements and an L-9 partial-cloverleaf for northbound movements on SR-70 approximately 0.40 miles (0.64 km) north of the Bear River in Yuba County. The interchange will include a five-lane overcrossing of SR-70, five interchange ramps, and removal of the existing Feather River Blvd at-grade intersection and traffic signal.
