Document Description
The City of Santa Rosa Climate Action Plan (CAP) is Santa Rosa's road map to becoming a more sustainable community. The CAP will enable Santa Rosa to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, adapt to climate change, and improve the economic, environmental, and physical health of the community. The CAP goals and policies will help shape the future of Santa Rosa. The Santa Rosa CAP is both a policy document and a quantitative analysis of the City's greenhouse gas emissions. Specifically, this Plan identifies policies that will achieve the state-recommended GHG reduction target of 15% below 2007 levels by the year 2020.
