Document Description
A request for an easement vacation to vacate an existing sewer easement located in a private residential property located at 2924 F Street. The sewer utility easement vacation is for the abandonment of a 114 linear feet 10-inch PVC sewer main on a 15-foot easement within the privately owned lot. The existing lot has previously been graded and developed with a residential dwelling. The sewer easement no longer has a present or prospective use because the sewer facilities were aligned within the paved right-of-way on F Street and 29th Street. The easement area is designated Residential-Medium per the Greater Golden Hill Community Plan Area and zoned RM-2-5. The project site is within the Airport Overlay Zone (San Diego International Airport), ALUCP Airport Influence Areas Review Area 1 (San Diego International Airport), ALUCP Noise Contours (San Diego International Airport), and the FAA Part 77 Noticing Area (San Diego International Airport). Additionally, the project is in the Complete Communities Housing Solutions (FAR Tier 3), the Complete Communities Mobility Choices (Mobility Zone 2), Communities of Concern, the Transit Priority Area, and the Affordable Housing Parking Demand.
