Document Description
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is for the replacement of approximately 13,900 Lineal Feet (LF) of existing water mains with new 8, 12, and 16-inch PVC water mains, including associated water services and fire hydrants. An existing pressure reducing station will be abandoned in place and a new underground pressure reducing station will be built. Construction also consists of the following: replacement of approximately 9,600 LF of existing 8-inch sewer mains with new 8-inch PVC sewer mains, abandonment of approximately 500 LF of existing 8-inch sewer mains, along with associated sewer laterals, and manholes. The project also consists of associate curb ramps, street slurry seal, street resurfacing and traffic control plans. Open trenching will occur within the paved right of way and within city easements on private property
