The inclusionary Housing Ordinance amends Title 22 (Planning and Zoning) of the Los Angeles County Code to establish mandatory affordable housing requirements for rental and for-sale residential projects that meet certain criteria. An Addendum to the certified 2015 Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Los Angeles County General Plan Update (State Clearinghouse No. 2011081042) was prepared for the Ordinance.
