Minor Modification No. NMD 12-028, to an alternative route for an above-ground transmission line from the project site to the SCE Vestal Substation located on the west side of County Route J35 (Richgrove Drive) for Special Use Permit No. PSP 10-054. An addendum to the previously approved Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for this minor modification and approved by the Tulare County Environmental Officer. Pursuant to CEQA guidelines and since no greater environmental impact will be associated with this modification; no public review was necessary.
