The Project is for the construction and operation of a 20 MW photovoltaic electric generating facility, which includes solar modules, equipment and inverter stations, a switchyard, a substation and portable maintenance trailer and restroom facility on approximately 160 acres of land in southern Tulare County. The Project will also include a gravel access road and installation of fencing and lighting for aesthetic and safety purposes.
