Request by John Devincenzo for a Tentative Tract Map (TR 2638) and Conditional Use permit to allow for mixed cluster and conventional subdivision of an existing 84 acre parcel resulting in seven residential parcels of between 3.2 and 20 acres each for the purpose of sale and/or development, and an 18.8 acre open space parcel. The project includes off-site road improvements to See Canyon Road and Pippen Lane. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately six acres of an 84 acre parcel as a result of development of future residences on the proposed parcels and access drives.
