Document Description
With a planning horizon to 2035, the Plan will articulate a vision and policies for the next phase of Downtown's evolution, and policies and zoning for development of the Station Area/Downtown. The Plan will address a full spectrum of topics related to physical development of the area. Accordingly, the topics covered in the Plan will likely include: Land Use and Design Standards; Circulation and Access; Parking: Affordable Housing; Infrastructure and Public Facilities; Implementation; and Environmental Resources. New development regulations for the area will also be included in the Plan, in accordance with State Specific Plan requirements. The Plan will guide future development, growth and intensification in the Station Area/Downtown, and address goals for continued revitalization, economic growth, and community enhancement.
