Document Description
This NOD is for an addendum to the City of Galt Live Oak Pump Station (LOPS) and Force Main Replacement Project Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND). This addendum analyzes a minor expansion of the LOPS site and construction of a permanent facility for storage and dosing of magnesium hydroxide into the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) influent stream to increase the WWTP effluent hardness and reduce WWTP effluent zinc toxicity. The addendum also provides documentation for the record that these changes are consistent with the MND.
