Document Description
Construction and operation of a skate park on the City's lease area of the site, which is owned by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The skate park would be located on an approximately 0.96 acre site. It would include an approximately 10,000 sq. ft. poured-in-place concrete street-style skate plaza with features such as "hubbas," quarter pipes, transitional elements, stairs and rails, ledges and curbs, pads, and gaps. The proposed project would also include new walkways, benches, picnic tables, trash receptacles, drinking fountains, and turf landscaping in and around the skate facility.
