Document Description
The North Camino Ramon Specific Plan seeks to facilitate the redevelopment of the 295-acre Specific Plan area from an automobile-dominated, low-density commercial area to a transit-and pedestrian-oriented neighborhood that will be a community focal point with mix of uses. The Specific Plan would allow 4.3 million square feet of new commercial development and 1,500 new residential dwelling units relative to baseline conditions.
