Document Description
The project purpose consists of the construction of a single-family residential development and its associated infrastructure over ~95 acres of land in the City of Glendora to meet the City's housing needs. Of the ~95 acres of land associated with the Project, impacts will occur to a total of 2.40 acres of DFG jurisdiction (1.97 acres of temporary impact of a maintained basin resulting from disturbances from construction activities located on the Project site and 0.43 acre of permanent impact through the removal of 1,604 linear feet of Baldy Vista Creek located within the project site). Construction equipment expected for use will be bulldozers, loaders, dump trucks, excavators, and water trucks. The project will result in impacts to 2.40 acres of un-vegetated, disturbed, and riparian habitat including temporary impacts to 1.97 acres; the project will permanently remove 0.43 acre of which 0.03 acre consists of vegetated riparian habitat and the remaining 0.40 acre consists of disturbed and un-vegetated habitat.
