Document Description
The project sponsor proposes minor amendments to the Master Plan granted for the Spirit Rock Meditation Center in 1988. Following preparation of an Initial Study and adoption of a Negative Declaration, the 1988 Master Plan was approved to establish a development area envelope and provided a framework governing the uses, the intensity of uses, and the development of the site. The proposed Master Plan Amendment is described as "Phase 4" of the project ( supplementing, and in some cases modifying, the 1988 Master Plan and its implementing Precise Development Plans, Phases 1, 2, and 3).
