Document Description
The 10.76-acre Project consists of grading wetland habitat to create building pads for future commercial buildings and constructing a stormwater outfall in Pine Creek. The Project requires permanently placing clean soil into wetland habitat to grade the site in preparation for future commercial construction. A culvert and outfall structure will be installed to convey stormwater runoff to stream channel habitat and requires excavating native soil and permanently placing concrete pipes, rock, and native soil within stream channel habitat. Project activities will occur when the wetland and stream channel habitat are naturally dry.
