This proposed Project involves the creation and management of 15 ponds; the installation of water control structures, including culverts placed under raised roads; the creation of a water quality treament wetland; and the removal of accumulated sediment to accommodate flood flows from Carneros Creek and prevent sediment movement into ponds. The Project also includes surveying of ponds over ten years, using methods to capture and release larval California tiger salamanders (Ambystoma Californiense).
