The County is now in the process of writing the 2030 General Plan policy document, while at the same time scoping a program EIR to analyze the impacts of the updated 2030 General Plan. The 2030 General Plan will address land use, circulation, community design, noise, safety, public facilities and services, parks and recreation, economic development, conservation, open space, and related topics. The County's Housing Element has been recently updated and will not be a part of the overall 2030 General Plan Update.
