The project is two Major Use Permits to authorize a Major Impact Utility Pursuant to Section 1350 of the Zoning Ordinance. The project consists of two Unmanned Photovoltaic Solar Frams (35-40 MW total), two-69Kv transmission line alternatives, and improvements to the Borrego Springs 69kV Substation, which is owned and operated by SDG&E.
