Site Plan Review Application No. 2021-15 proposes to construct 60 units of affordable Student Housing units with one 3,500 square foot clubhouse/leasing office building, 70 units of Workforce Housing units with one 2,000 square foot clubhouse/leasing office building, and one 850 square foot retail/food service building with a drive-through in the City of Reedley. The project site is a currently undeveloped 5.32-acre site located near the southwest corner of I Street and North Reed Avenue and on APNs: 368-350-35 & a portion of 368-350-19. An Addendum to a Program EIR was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
