Supplemental documentation has been prepared to update, discuss, and disclose potential effects associated with levee improvements and address technical issues related to the seepage and stability of the Project - Phase 2B and 3. The Project's Environmental Assessment/Initial Study (EA/ IS) was prepared in 2010 to analyze the proposed levee improvements and discuss how these improvements would be implemented in multiple phases and contracts. The Project is a cooperative effort between the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the State of California Central Valley Flood Protection Board ICVFPB). and the Marysville Levee District (MLD).
