Document Description
The project consists of the construction and operation of a new potable water pipeline, to directly connect the existing Main Reservoir to wells 11, 13 and 14 and reduce water pumping costs. The pipeline would be entirely located within City streets. Three additional smaller pipelines would be installed during construction of the Cross-town Pipeline including two water pipelines and one storm drain.
