Document Description
The proposed Project involves construction of a new recreational dock in Crown Cove inlet of South San Diego Bay by the State of California Department of Boating and Waterways (Cal Boating). The dock is intended to support recreational boating opportunities at the existing Crown Cove Aquatic Center which is currently operated by Southwestern College of Chula Vista, with partnerships with the California Department of Boating and Waterways. The Project is under the jurisdiction of Cal Boating, which will act as the Lead Agency for the Project. Construction of the dock is anticipated to commence in 2010 and be completed by 2011.
