Document Description
The proposed project would construct an approximately 57,000 gross-square foot
(gst) four-story addition on the north side of the existing three-story Ambulatory Care Center. The project would also renovate 16,760 gsf of existing clinic space located on the first floor to facilitate improved circulation between the proposed expansion and existing building. The total area of improvements is anticipated to be approximately 73,700 gsf. The proposed project includes a land use amendment to the 2010 Long Range Development Plan for the Sacramento Campus to revise a small amount of area from the existing Major Open Space land use designation to the Ambulatory Care land use designation.
