An increase in total design capacity from 14.64 million cubic yards to 28.29 million cubic yards by means of on-site infill and an increase in maximum elevation from 385 feet above mean sea level to 500 feet above mean sea level; an update in permitted disposal area; an update in maximum depth from 10 feet above highest groundwater to 5 feet above highest groundwater; update estimated closure date from 2023 to 2050; addition of mattresses to the recycling activities; addition of cannabis waste to special handling; and minor updates to the Joint Technical Document. No increase in permitted acres, daily tonnage, or hours of operation are proposed.
