The DFG is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0239-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, City of Chico. The City of Chico proposes to install a 4' wide x 3' high x 16' long cast-in-place box culvert within the Shasta Union Drainage Assessment District ditch to facilitate the construction of the State Route 99 Bike Path Project.
