Document Description
The proposed Project would expand the on-dock railyard; expand the 2012 Environmental Impact Report (EIR) boundary by approximately nine acres; re-route terminal access; add a new gate; change the use of approximately seven previously assessed acres; continue hydrogen fueling; and demolish three warehouses, a ramp, and tanks. The Project Site is part of Port property located on Terminal Island. The proposed Project will not result in any substantially more severe effects than previously analyzed in the adopted Final EIR.
