Document Description
The planned improvements consist of at or below grade improvements to infiltrate, convey and treat storm water runoff (paving, curb, gutter, drop inlets, underground storm drain pipes, excavated water quality treatment facilities and soil and vegetation restoration). Curb and gutter is a major component of the proposed project. This treatment provides stabilization of road shoulders by re-directing otherwise erosive concentrated roadside flows to multiple treatment areas where flows can slow and infiltrate.
