Document Description
The City of Riverside's Sewage System Division is responsible for collection and treatment of wastewater flows generated within the City of Riverside and the adjacent communities of Jurupa, Rubidoux, Edgemont, and Highgrove. The City's Regional Water Quality Control Plant (RWQCP) provides primary through tertiary treatment at a rated capacity of 40 million gallons per day (mgd). There are currently 107 employees that operate and maintain the RWQCP.
