The California Department of Transportation (Department), in cooperation with the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA), proposes to construct a westbound high-occupancy vehicle (HOV) lane in the median of Interstate 580 (I-580) from west of Greenville Road undercrossing (PM 8.29) to west of the San Ramon/Foothill Road overcrossing (PM 21.43).
