Document Description
The project consists of a new approximately 73,000-square-foot building comprised
of laboratory and office space at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab campus, immediately adjacent the Integrative Genomics Building. The building will house approximately 200 scientists and be designed to meet the needs of the Bioscience and Earth and Environmental Science discipline areas and their complementary research programs. The project includes an amendment to the Wilson Tract ground lease between the University and the US Department of Energy to create a new land parcel on which the building will be constructed.
