The potential environmental effects of the project were analyzed in the Seismic Phase 2 EIR certified by the Regents on July 13,2010 (SCH #2008122030). http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/regents/regmeet/ju110/gb4.pdf. This Supplement to the Lease Agreement would result in no change to the Seismic Phase 2 project or its impacts as described in the EIR, and it has been determined that no further environmental review is required pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15162.
