Document Description
LADWP has amended the project description for the Phase 7 Moat and Row project to implement soil tillage on a portion of the project area as an interim dust control measure. Tillage is an adaptive solution that would be implemented until a permanent dust control solution for the Moat and Row areas is developed and approved through a stakeholder driven lake-wide master planning process.
