Modesto Irrigation District proposes to construct approximately two miles of single-circuit 69-kV transmission lines on wood or tubular steel poles to connect the Woodard Generation Station to the newly expanded 2306912-kV Rosemore Substation. The new 69-kV lines would be located on public rights-of-way along Woodland Avenue and North Carpenter Road and along MD Lateral No. 4.
