Document Description
This FED presents an analysis of potential adverse environmental impacts associated with implementation of the AB 32 Proposed Scoping Plan. California needs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 169 million metric ton of CO2 equivalent. ARB prepared the proposed Scoping Plan that provides a recommendation for achieving the necessary reductions through a mix of new and existing policies and regulatory measures, including market mechanisms.
